Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier Alcoholpercentage: 12,5% Vinification: Traditional method with longer lees ageing to develop texture and length before disgorgement. Appearance: Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles. Nose & Palate: Citrus peel, stone fruit, and subtle brioche notes.
