That front is cleverly constructed to sit off side - I think this is how it is meant to be worn but you could really play with the top - the two panels at the back have a small ribbon of fabric that holds them together and I think you could adjust this so the top fits you to perfection once you decide how you want it to be worn

It has no label but if this did turn out to be a Tina Leser piece I would not be surprised
