This is a stunning dress by Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab who opened his first couture atelier in Beirut in 1982 when he was just 18 years old

The exterior of the dress falls over that and is made from what feels like a synthetic chiffon

There is an underlying pattern on the organza done in green and pink and then a metallic gold thread has been woven through the organza to create a secondary pattern.
