Manufactured in Solingen, Germany. It was honed to make it shave ready when it reaches you. The polished blade and the black scales are in very good condition and have no chips nor cracks. One side of the blade is stamped with the brand "Beau Brummel." Pins are snug and blade centers. Note: The box included in the photos is not the razor's original box.
