Each bird is a unique piece of art. The shape of the bird is first cut in clear glass. Layers of powdered coloured glass are then applied between the clear layers. Each piece is kiln baked, fused at ultra high temperatures then carefully cooled for resilience. The birds stand on natural wood pieces. No paints, glazes or moulds are used.
